style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">member of the Association of Reflexologists, which represents excellence in the field of reflexology.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 15px;\">I first discovered reflexology in my early twenties whilst seeking a relaxing, holistic\u00a0 therapy to support me through a particularly stressful time.\u00a0 The treatment was so soothing and restorative. I became fascinated by the techniques and theory and thought how great it would be to be able to practice reflexology and support other people in the same way.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 15px;\">In 2014, I embarked on a VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology.\u00a0 Studying and practicing alongside my career in the magazine publishing industry, I qualified in November 2015. After relocating from London to Kent to raise a family, I decided the time was right to launch Lemon Tea Reflexology in 2023. I contacted Wye Reflexology Academy and enrolled in additional reflexology courses. Learning new skills and techniques to incorporate into my treatments.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 15px;\"><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\"> As a member of the AoR, <\/span>I am dedicated to continuing my professional development and undertake courses to expand my knowledge and expertise in the field.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;
