Appointments<br \/>\n\u00a0I have health requests of my clients as follows:<br \/>\n<br \/>\nIf you feel unwell, have a cough, a fever or loss of taste and smell or have been in touch with anyone with these symptoms please contact me as we may need to postpone your appointment.<br \/>\nIn return I will apply these high standards to myself. Should I feel unwell, unable to treat or it is inadvisable for me to treat, I will explain the situation to you as soon as possible before your treatment.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n2. Fees<br \/>\n<br \/>\nMy fees are either payable in advance as part of a treatment package or in full at the time of treatment:<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nFoot reflexology- 1st appointment for new clients. 60 minute reflexology plus 20 minute consultation = \u00a360<br \/>\nFoot reflexology- follow up appointment. 45 minute reflexology plus 10 minute consultation refresh = \u00a350<br \/>\nFoot reflexology- follow up appointment. 60 minute reflexology plus 10 minute consultation refresh = \u00a360<br \/>\nHand reflexology treatment: 1st appointment\u00a0for new clients is 45 minutes reflexology plus 20 minute consultation. Following treatments are 30 minutes reflexology plus 10 minute consultation refresh. = \u00a345<br \/>\nMobile reflexology service (home visit) is available within a 20 mile radius of Singleton, Ashford, Kent. Clients located over a 10 mile radius of Ashford, Kent may incur an additional \u00a35 charge per visit. Please get in touch to discuss location.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nI reserve the right to choose to use discretion regarding the application of an additional charge for mobile reflexology services.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nI offer a \u201cRefer a Friend\u201d promotion where you can receive \u00a35 off your next treatment when you refer a friend for treatment. The discount is applicable after the referred friend or \u201creferee\u201d has booked their treatment.\u00a0 Your friend will also receive \u00a35 off their first treatment when mentioning your name and email address at booking.\u00a0<br \/>\nI reserve the right to choose to use discretion regarding the application of any discounts.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n<br \/>\n3. Cancellation Policy<br \/>\n<br \/>\nI understand that emergencies and illnesses occur and you may need to cancel or re-book your appointment at short notice.<br \/>\nIf you are unable to attend your previously arranged appointment I request you provide me with at least 24 hours notice.\u00a0 This allows me to offer the treatment time to another client on my waiting list.<br \/>\nDepending of circumstances, cancellation of less than 24 hours notice or failure to attend an appointment without notification may result in a fair-use fee of\u00a050%\u00a0of my usual treatment cost. This fee will be required to be settled prior to any future bookings.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n<br \/>\n4. Treatment packages<br \/>\n<br \/>\nI offer the option to book a package of treatments.\u00a0 If you book 6 treatments you receive the 7th treatment free of charge. Vouchers<br \/>\n<br \/>\nI supply the option to buy vouchers for treatments.
