I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR). Being a full member of the AoR demonstrates that I have a nationally recognised Diploma in Reflexology.<\/span><\/p>

As an AoR member:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

  • I am bound by the AoR Code of Practice and Ethics.<\/span><\/li>
  • I follow the AoR Good Practice Policy and hygiene guidance to ensure client safety.<\/span><\/li>
  • I will always be adequately insured for medical malpractice \/professional indemnity requirements. The industry standard is in excess of \u00a35 million cover.<\/span><\/li>
  • I comply with the AoR Continuing Professional Development requirements which ensures my practice is kept up to date.<\/span><\/li>
  • I am compliant with GDPR data protection, please see my separate Privacy policy. Your information will remain confidential at all times.<\/span><\/li>
  • As a professional and highly qualified reflexologist with MAR status, I will provide you with the appropriate bespoke treatment and support.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    1.<\/strong> Appointments<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

    \u00a0I have health requests of my clients as follows:<\/span><\/p>

    • If you feel unwell, have a cough, a fever or loss of taste and smell or have been in touch with anyone with these symptoms please contact me as we may need to postpone your appointment.<\/span><\/li>
    • In return I will apply these high standards to myself. Should I feel unwell, unable to treat or it is inadvisable for me to treat, I will explain the situation to you as soon as possible before your treatment.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      2.<\/strong> Fees<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

      • My fees are either payable in advance as part of a treatment package or in full at the time of treatment:<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        • Foot reflexology- 1st appointment<\/b> for new clients. 60 minute reflexology plus 20 minute consultation = \u00a360<\/b><\/span><\/li>
        • Foot reflexology- follow up appointment. 45 minute<\/b> reflexology plus 10 minute consultation refresh = \u00a350<\/b><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
          • Foot reflexology- follow up appointment. 60 minute<\/b> reflexology plus 10 minute consultation refresh = \u00a360<\/b><\/span><\/li>
          • Hand reflexology treatment: 1st appointment<\/span>\u00a0for new clients is 45 minutes reflexology plus 20 minute consultation. Following treatments are 30 minutes reflexology plus 10 minute consultation refresh. <\/span>= \u00a345<\/b><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
            • Mobile reflexology service (home visits) are available within a 20 mile radius<\/strong> of Singleton, Ashford, Kent. Clients located over a 10 mile radius of Ashford, Kent may incur an additional \u00a35 charge per visit<\/strong>, please get in touch to discuss location.<\/span><\/li>
            • I reserve the right to choose to use discretion regarding the application of an additional charge for mobile reflexology services.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
              • I offer a \u201cRefer a Friend\u201d promotion where you can receive \u00a35 off your next treatment when you refer a friend for treatment. The discount is applicable after the referred friend or \u201creferee\u201d has booked their treatment.\u00a0 Your friend will also receive \u00a35 off their first treatment when mentioning your name and email address at booking.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                • I reserve the right to choose to use discretion regarding the application of any discounts.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                  3.<\/strong> Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

                  • I understand that emergencies and illnesses occur and you may need to cancel or re-book your appointment at short notice.<\/span><\/li>
                  • If you are unable to attend your previously arranged appointment I request you provide me with at least 24 hours notice.\u00a0 This allows me to offer the treatment time to another client on my waiting list.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                    • Depending of circumstances, cancellation of less than 24 hours notice or failure to attend an appointment without notification may result in a fair-use fee of\u00a050%\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>of my usual treatment cost. This fee will be required to be settled prior to any future bookings.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                      4. Treatment packages<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

                      • I offer the option to book a package of treatments.\u00a0 If you book 6 treatments you receive the 7th treatment free of charge. These are provided at a reduced price as they are paid for in advance.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                        • These treatments can be booked during my normal working hours with no restrictions.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                          • Where an appointment is booked and missed, my cancellation policy above will apply and an amount will be deducted from those remaining.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                            • These treatments are paid in advance and are fully flexible with 24 hours notice.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                              • These treatments have to be used within\u00a06 months\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>of the first appointment.<\/em><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                                5. Vouchers<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

                                • I supply the option to buy vouchers for treatments. These may be given as gifts.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                                  • These treatments can be booked during my normal working hours with no restrictions.<\/span><\/li>
                                  • Where an appointment is booked and missed, my cancellation policy above will apply and a proportion of the treatment will be deducted from those remaining.<\/span><\/li>
                                  • These treatments are paid in advance and are fully flexible with 24 hours notice.<\/span><\/li>
                                  • These vouchers are non refundable.<\/span><\/li>
                                  • These vouchers are required to be used within\u00a06<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0months<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0of purchase. The expiry date will be shown on the voucher.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                                    6. Use of background music<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

                                    • I only play Royalty free music within my business and therefore I am not required to have The Music Licence. In your own home, I am able to play your preferred music selection.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                                      7.<\/strong> <\/span>The use of face coverings<\/strong><\/span><\/p>
