I am a fully qualified and insured member of the Association of Reflexologists, which represents excellence in the field of reflexology.
I first discovered reflexology in my early twenties whilst seeking a relaxing, holistic therapy to support me through a particularly stressful time. The treatment was so soothing and restorative. I became fascinated by the techniques and theory and thought how great it would be to be able to practice reflexology and support other people in the same way.
In 2014, I decided to take the plunge back into the world of education and embarked on a VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology. Studying and practicing alongside my career in the magazine publishing industry, I qualified in November 2015. After relocating from London to Kent to raise a family, I decided the time was right to launch Lemon Tea Reflexology. I contacted Wye Reflexology Academy and enrolled in additional reflexology courses. Learning new skills and techniques to incorporate into my treatments. As a member of the AoR, I am dedicated to continuing my professional development and undertake courses to expand my knowledge and expertise in the field.
My favourite part of being a Reflexologist is creating a moment of calm, tranquility and relaxation to support my clients through the pressures and stresses of life.
Lizzy, the reflexologist created a serene and tranquil environment, where I felt completely at ease. As she applied gentle pressure to the reflex points on my feet, I felt all the tension melt away, leaving me in a state of deep relaxation. The session was incredibly rejuvenating. I highly recommend Lemon Tea Reflexology to anyone seeking a remarkable reflexology experience.
I felt on cloud nine after the session. Very relaxing!
The relaxation that I encountered following the treatments was remarkable. It helped with my sleep pattern and general wellbeing. Lizzy has a very special gift for delivering calm and serenity. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for that sumptuous ‘me’ time.
